Global Recession Drives Chepstow Businesses to Drink!
Chamber of Commerce Members and their Guests turned their backs on Global Financial Turmoil last night.

Ex-Restauranteur Paul Davies of ViVAS Wine treated them to a wine tasting at the Beaufort Hotel, Chepstow.
Members slurped and spat their way through a range of wines from France, South Africa, Italy, Germany, Argentina, and the USA. Flavours ranged from delicate Whites to muscular Reds, with a smattering of pretty Roses and some Sparkling party specials.

Business people enjoyed the opportunity to chat with colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere, rather than a formal meeting. Next month they can put their new-found expertise in wine to good use at the Chamber Christmas Buffet on December 4th,
