Meditation in Chepstow
Details of Meditation & Relation classes in Chepstow.
Mondays 7-8.30pm
21st January - 10th March
Each class includes guided meditations, a talk, discussion, and
tea and biscuits. The classes are suitable for everyone. You are
welcome to join the whole course or attend on a drop-in basis.
A four week course where we study and learn to apply some
practical advice that can bring peace, meaning and contentment
into our daily lives.

powerful meditations that can transform our lives; bringing us a
greater level of peace, clarity and joy.
£6 (£4 concession) inc. refreshments
