Tall Ships Race Results
At the December Meeting of Chepstow Chamber Of Commerce on Thursday Dec 3rd a Tall Ships Race was held

Two teams competed to win the prize of building a tall ship for the Seven Seas Company.
Their task was to build the tallest mast out of materials that were supplied to them.
Only 10 minutes were allowed for planning and practice. Prototypes were built and just as quickly destroyed. We soon found out what would not work!
The teams then had just one minute to build their mast. Unsurprisingly, both teams attempted to cheat! Surprisingly, both masts were 1.75 metres high!
The prize of After Eight Mints was shared!
We learnt a lot about Co-operation, Creativity, Clarity, Capability, and the rest of the seven C's.
The Tall Ships Race was kindly lent to us by Howard Jones of Dutton Jones Associates. Howard is an expert in Training and Personnel Matters, and for more information you can contact him on:
