Sunday, November 1 will be Chepstow's first Apple day at the Drill Hall

There will be a demonstration of apple pressing to produce juice for cider, a demijohn to take away your cider to be. There will be a range of varieties of local grown apples for sale, cider, perry and apple juice to taste, competitions for adults and children, bread and cheese, local apple pickles and a range of ciders to enjoy for lunch. There will also be singing and a talk on cider making and cider in Britain today.
